The form asks parents to complete the survey if you would like meals provided to your students while our school is on remote learning.

There are both pickup and delivery options. If you have any questions, contact Cafeteria Manager Ann Hersey, [email protected].

The form asks for your name, number of children to receive meals and whether you choose a pick-up or delivery option
