St. Mark Lutheran Church and Sugar Grove United Methodist Church will hold its "Last Wednesday Community Meal" Wednesday Jan. 27. The meal will be served at St. Mark, 125 S. Johnson St.
The meal will be served drive up/walk up only and is free to the community. The menu includes chicken and noodles, potatoes, green beans and pie.
The meal runs 5 to 6:30 pm. Current safety protocols will be observed.
Amelia Young is among all Ada seventh graders who want to share their science fair project with Icon viewers. Amelia's project involved hover crafts and is titled Riding on Air. Other winners are 1st place (tie): Laenen Ulrey and Alyssa Nau; 2nd place Slade Gossman; 3rd place Ayla Tabler and superior rating district qualifiers Eli Esguerra, Jacob Henson, Alyssa Madison, Jordyn Smith, Josh Thaxton and Amelia Young.

Bethany Spieth was elected president of the Ada Public Library board of trustees at its reorganization meeting in December, according to Rhett Grant, library director. Noah Ristau is the board’s vice-president.
