"Total Recall" starts Friday at Ada Theatre

"Total Recall," PG 13, starts Friday at the Ada Theatre, according to James Curlis, theatre owner. Showtimes follow:

• Friday and Saturday 7:00 & 9:30 PM
• Saturday and Sunday Matinee @ 4:00 PM
•Daily at 7:00 PM

Plot:

A factory worker, Douglas Quaid, begins to suspect that he is a spy after visiting Rekall - a company that provides its clients with implanted fake memories of a life they would like to have led - goes wrong and he finds himself on the run.

Ada schools closed Sept. 3-4

Ada schools will not be in session on Monday or Tuesday, Sept. 3-4. Monday is Labor Day. On Tuesday the school is closed for the Hardin County Fair in Kenton.

First book club meeting Sept. 14

Ada students in grades 7-12 interested in Book Club this year should see Mrs. Smith in the Media Center.

She said that if you’ve already read your book for September’s meeting, please return it to because there is a waiting list for this month’s title.

The first meeting of the school year will take place on Friday, Sept. 14 and as always, breakfast will be served.
