Ada's latest news

By Cort Reynolds
The Ada softball team made the long trip to Paulding and did not get a hit in a five-inning 11-0 loss to the Lady Panthers in Northwest Conference action Monday.

Paulding hurler Haylee Dominique did not allow a hit or a walk to a Lady Bulldog. But she committed two of the team's three errors to cost her chance for a perfect game. She struck out six.

At the plate Dominique also stood out as she belted two home runs, drove in five runs and scored twice.

The contest was shortened to 4.5 innings by the 10-run rule.
