Sports Hall of Fame inducts six individuals, one team in 2024 class

The Hardin County Sports Hall of Fame held their 12th annual banquet on June 15 at St John's Church in Kenton. Six individuals and one team were enshrined as members of the Class of 2024.

The evening started with a catered dinner and two local student/athletes garnering scholarships for their work in the classroom, community and athletic achievements.

Warmer weather and sunshine bring people outside for cookouts, swimming, hiking, and all-around fun. While enjoying the outdoors, we need to be mindful of those annoying little critters known as fleas and ticks. They can be harmful to humans as well as pets.
