Sports Hall of Fame inducts six individuals, one team in 2024 class

The Hardin County Sports Hall of Fame held their 12th annual banquet on June 15 at St John's Church in Kenton. Six individuals and one team were enshrined as members of the Class of 2024. 

The evening started with a catered dinner and two local student/athletes garnering scholarships for their work in the classroom, community and athletic achievements.

2024 The Wes Davis Memorial Scholarship Recipients
Each Student/Athlete received a one time check of $500.00 for future college/university endeavours.

Alex Sanders (USV HS). Son of Travis and Jamie Sanders. Alex will be attending the University of Findlay; Findlay, Ohio and playing Football.

Brynn Butler (Kenton HS) daughter of Jesse and Alana Butler.  Brynn will be attending University of Akron; Akron, Ohio to further her academic endeavors.
