KENTON__Quest Federal Credit Union has announced the promotions of Kayla Richardson and Jordan Temple.
KAYLA RICHARDSON
Kayla Richardson of Harrod, Ohio has recently been promoted to the Executive Vice President of Compliance position for Quest Federal Credit Union. Kayla began her career with Quest in 2014 and started as a part time Member Service Representative, worked her way up to the Member Service Supervisor role, assisted in the collection department and then transitioned to a Call Center Coordinator position. In 2021 Kayla was promoted to the Vice President of Branch Operations for our Ada location and has also worked in the compliance department and most recently, received her Credit Union Compliance Expert certification through CUNA Management School. “Kayla has seen the credit union from many different angles in her time, serving members, managing staff and ensuring that our account documentation, policies and procedures are in accordance with federal rules and regulations. She is very skilled in multiple areas, and we are confident that she will maintain the highest level of compliance possible for the benefit of the members of Quest” stated Matt Jennings, CEO of Quest.
Kayla is married to James, and they have a young daughter, Parker, and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Kayla is a graduate of Upper Scioto Valley High School and as mentioned, has achieved Compliance Certification from the Credit Union National Association Management School.

JORDAN TEMPLE
Jordan Temple of Kenton, Ohio has recently been promoted to the Executive Vice President of Operations position of Quest Federal Credit Union. Jordan began his career as an Operations Manager for a logistics firm and worked in that capacity for several years until the time of joining Quest as the Vice President of Branch Operations for our Jacob Parrott location. Jordan has served in that role since 2016 and has taken on multiple tasks including ACH, payroll processing, domestic and foreign wire transaction, leading a team to analyze financial performance of payroll groups and managing the staff. “Jordan has mastered the operational thought process that it takes to manage the staff of six different branch locations and although he came to us with strong logistics ability, his skill set has become exceptional in that area which will be a large portion of this new role” stated Matt Jennings, CEO of Quest.
Jordan is a lifelong resident of Hardin County, he serves as Treasurer of the Ohio Health Hardin Memorial Hospital Board, Chair of the Hardin Memorial Finance Committee, Board Member of the Hardin County Family YMCA, Memorial Park Golf Club Board Member, Kenton CIC Trustee, Kenton City Schools Education Foundation Trustee, Hardin County United Way Board Member and serves as a volunteer for the Kenton Church of the Nazarene. Jordan is married to Kiley (Rawlins), and they have two children, Corbyn and Mae.
