Timothy James "TJ" Griffin worked at Route 30 Harley-Davidson

On Easter Sunday, April 9, 2023, TJ Griffin took his final ride, leaving behind his best friend and wife, Patty (Wince), his greatest gift, daughter Faith and loving stepchildren Justice and Brayden Cheney.

TJ was born on October 20, 1983 to Tim E. Griffin, who precedes him in death and mother Deborah P. Martin. Also surviving are siblings Jessica (Brian) McKinley and Josh "JD" (Diana) Griffin, Grandmother Ruth Griffin, Aunt Carol Ann Griffin, Uncle Gene Griffin, Uncle Gary Shick, Aunt Darlene Shick, stepbrothers, Brock (Kara) Martin, Dustin (Lori) Crabtree, Lance Crabtree, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

TJ always had a love for motorcycles, taking his first ride as a baby. Motorcycles were in his blood. Aside from his wife and kids, he lived and breathed motorcycles. His greatest achievement was in 2012, he was selected to be a builder for the Smoke Out Chop Off in North Carolina. He was featured in The Horse magazine. In the biker community he was known as "Irish." He was proud of his Irish roots.

He never had a problem telling anyone what he thought. He was a brutally honest man with a huge heart, that he didn't let many see. He would help anyone in need.

He left this world doing what he loved. He is now riding alongside his dad on the golden highway.

He had his dream job working at Route 30 Harley-Davidson and loved all of those he worked with.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him, especially his wife & kids.

Memorial contributions can be made on behalf of the family to Coldren-Crates Funeral Home.

It was his wish to be cremated with no formal service. A Celebration of TJ's Life will be held at Route 30 Harley-Davidson, 350 Tarhe Trail, Upper Sandusky at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 16, 2023.  He had also requested to have a big party in his garage in remembrance of him at a later date. Please look out for motorcycles on the road!
