Ada chamber hosts three speakers on Oct 16

The Ada Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its next membership meeting on October 16.

Guest Speakers will include: 

Ty Mathews - Republican Candidate for the 83rd House District 

Joe Sherman - Republican Candidate for Hardin County Commissioner

Kara Brown, Superintendent Hardin County DD 

The agenda also includes discussing Merry on Main (December 14), the HCCBA Cookie walk, and launching AACC 2025 membership renewals.

Park District board meeting moved to October 28

The Park District of Liberty Township has moved its October board meeting to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 28.

The meeting will take place at the park office at 600 S Simon St, Ada.

ADA __ The Ada High School football team won its fifth straight game with a convincing 46-18 triumph over visiting Blanchard Valley Conference foe Van Buren to celebrate Homecoming Friday night, October 11.

The Bulldogs improved to 7-1 overall and 5-1 in BVC play with the victory.

5K Race Judicata hosted by ONU Student Bar Association

10:00 a.m. on October 26, on the Ohio Northern "Green Monster" pathway

The ONU Student Bar Association invites all to Race Judicata, a 5k walk/run inspired by the Civil Procedure term Res Judicata.

The race will take place on Saturday October 26, Check-in will begin at 9:00 a.m.

This event is open to everyone, including alumni, family and friends.

The registration fee is $25 for regular pricing and $20 for student pricing. T-shirts will be guaranteed for those who register before October 12.

Bulldog boys soccer shuts out Lancers on Sr. Night

ADA __ The Ada High School boys soccer team manhandled Lincolnview 6-0 in the regular season finale Thursday evening, October 10, to commemorate Senior Night in style at War Memorial Stadium.

Ada improved to 13-4 after the commanding victory to finish what is probably the best Bulldog boys regular season in 20 years.

Lincolnview dropped to 4-11-2 with the defeat.
