The Ada HS class of 1972 held its 50th reunion on Saturday, June 4, which was exactly fifty years to the day of the 1972 graduation. The reunion was held at the Inn at Ohio Northern University from 2:00 to 10:00 p.m.

In total, 32 of the living classmates were present for part or all of the event. One of the highlights was the attendance of three of the teachers that instructed the class members, Mr. Tom Dearth, Mr. Dale Madison, and Mr. Dick Lawrence along with their spouses.

In addition, the rock group, The Third Dawn also reunited for the event after fifty years. The band is composed of three members of the class of 1972, Keith Westrick, Jim Motter, and David Devier, as well as, Dave Tong from the class of 1971 and Vaughn Williams from the class of 1973.
