Weekend Doctor: Neck pain

Do you have neck pain? You’re not alone. Over half of all individuals develop neck pain during their lifetime with an annual prevalence in up to 40% of people. Most often, neck pain resolves on its own within just days to weeks; however, for some, it may last longer and require medical management. This article describes the causes of neck pain, provides some conservative treatment ideas, and describes when to seek medical attention.

Claims Registers

Council unanimously approved payment for all claims registers.

2nd quarter honor roll at Ada Exempted Village Schools, 2023-2024

The Ada Exempted Village Schools have announced the 2ND quarter honor roll for 2023-2024. The list is comprised on students in grades 4-12.

Day of Dance invites 6-12 th graders

Intermediate to advanced 6-12th grade dancers are invited to register now for  Day of Dance at Ohio Northern University.

Dancers will study with ONU dance faculty and guest artists in four 50-minute classes consisting of a warm-up and progressions, tap, contemporary and jazz.

ADA__The visiting Delphos Jefferson girls basketball team—still unbeaten in the Northwest Conference–-authored a 17-0 first half run and went on to defeat the Ada High School girls 52-20 on Thursday evening, January 18.

Mustang girls basketball rallies to knock off Knights

CONVOY__It doesn’t get you on the ESPN highlights, but making pressure free throws down the stretch often decides close games. 

The Allen East High School girls basketball team shot well at the foul line to help topple Crestview 45-40 on the road in a Northwest Conference battle Thursday night, January 18.
