Ada police department policies and procedure manual
The Ada police department is making several changes to its policies and procedure manual, according to Michael Harnishfeger, police chief.
The changes are being made in order for the department credentialing by the Ohio Office of Criminal Justice Services (OCJS) and the Ohio Collaborative, as the credentialing body to certify agencies within the state.
The changes are attached in a 20-page portion of the Dec. 15 Ada council packet. The sections highlighted are those the chief proposed to change. Click here to view the packet.
The two letter attached below explains in greater detail the reason for the changes.
