Ada schools provided end-of-the-school-year details on the school website. The details address instruction, student support and material collection. The information on the website is posted below:
Instructional Plan
We developed this instructional plan to address all students but especially those who need additional support.
• May 15th will be the final due date for all new assignments.
• From May 18th until May 28th, teachers will work with students to get any missing assignments made-up.
Students who are caught up on all their assignments will have the opportunity to do creative, enrichment activities during that time period. These activities do not have to be turned in and will not negatively impact the student’s grades.
We also need to collect numerous devices, textbooks and other educational materials. In addition, we have items at the school from students’ lockers and classrooms that need to be returned. Each grade level is assigned at date and time below.
Students DO NOT have to turn in their materials on that date if they still need them to finish their work. Students in that situation can drop off their devices during the time period listed from May 26th-May 28th.
If you have multiple students in school, you can drop off/pick-up all their materials at once. For example, if I have a 1st grade student and a 5th grade student, you can drop off/pick-up both of their materials on May 19th.

Drop-Off/Pick-Up Details
When you arrive to drop off/pick-up materials, please enter and exit our south parking lot according to the arrows below.
There will likely be a line so we appreciate your patience during this process. When you reach the drop off location, you will be provided with a paper to list the materials your student is dropping off. Please remain in your vehicle to complete that list.
We will also share a list in the upcoming days with the materials each student should have to return by grade-level as a reference for students and parents to make sure they have everything. In addition, we will be collecting spring sports uniforms at this time as well.
While you complete your form and return your materials, we will retrieve any items your student has from their classroom or locker. Once this entire process is complete, you will be able to exit based on the route outlined below.
