Hardin Health Department surveying businesses closed or with restricted hours

The Kenton-Hardin Health Department is collecting information from businesses with restricted hours or closings. 

If your business has closed or restricted access, the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance asks businesses to complete the form and it will be shared with Kenton-Hardin Health Department and the media.
