Sheriff statement: "Missing area juveniles are located"
The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office issued a statement at 4:34 p.m. today (Feb. 18) concerning previously missing area juveniles.
The statement follows:
Following an extensive investigation by the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office into a report of missing juveniles, all of the missing teens have been located.
The investigation stemmed from a complaint of two runaway male juveniles from the Ada area on Feb. 11. The two were identified as Gauge Sugden, age 14, and Tylor Kephart, age 14. During the course of the investigation it was learned that Makayla Kephart, age 17, who had been reported missing from Findlay, was believed to be with Tylor Kephart.
Both Tylor and Makayla Kephart were located today, (Tuesday, Feb. 18) in Marion, Indiana. They are currently in the custody of the Marion, Indiana, Police Department.
Sugden was located in Mansfield, Ohio, on Feb. 17 and taken into custody by the Mansfield Police Department and later turned over to the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office.
