ONU's 2020 season opens with three home games
The Ohio Northern football team will open its 2020 schedule with three consecutive home games, beginning with a non-conference battle with Denison on Saturday, Sept. 5, under 17th-year head coach Dean Paul.
The Polar Bears will also host Muskingum and Wilmington on Sept. 12 and 19, respectively.
ONU will take to the road on Sept. 26 at Otterbein and at Marietta on Oct. 3.
Northern will then return home to face John Carroll on Oct. 17 as part of Homecoming Weekend and will play at Capital on Oct. 24.
The final home game will be Oct. 31 against Mount Union on Senior Day, followed by the final two games of the season at Baldwin Wallace on Nov. 7 and at Heidelberg on Nov. 14.
Northern's contest with Heidelberg will also be the 10th annual Bendekovic Bowl battle.
The Polar Bears posted a 6-4 record and finished third in the Ohio Athletic Conference with a 6-3 record in 2019.
