Area artists uncork their creativity in Ada

By Monty Siekerman

Thirty-three hungry artists enjoyed a wine and dine event at 220 N. Main on Tuesday evening.

After the gourmet meal, the artists and would-be artists painted a picture on slate of fireflies in a jar sitting in the grass. Patrons will vote on three possibilities to paint on canvas next month. Checkout their website at uncorkedwineandesign.com.

Darrell Seiler of Dunkirk is the art instructor. The theme of Wine and Dine is "Uncork Your Creativity," according to Amanda Morrison of Dola, co-owner. Next month will be Wine and Dine's first anniversary.
