Ada school year coming to a close - but still lots of activities

One more week...actually only four more days of school.

Here are some school announcements pertaining to the last week of school.

ATTENTION ART AND SPANISH STUDENTS GOING ON THE CHICAGO TRIP NEXT YEAR: There will be an informational meeting for parents and students at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria on Wednesday, May 23. See Miss Bucher if you will be unable to attend.

STUDENTS INTERESTED IN CROSS COUNTRY: There will be a cross country meeting immediately after school on Wednesday, May 23, in the cafeteria. Interested students should attend for pertinent information on practice schedule and start date.

High school volunteers visiting Ada June 9 – need help?

The Village of Ada will be running informational articles about Village policies and services currently offered. These articles will be for informational purposes only, and further details and the complete Codified Ordinances may be found on the Village website, www.adaohio.org, or by calling the Village Water Office at 419-634-4045.

On Saturday, June 9th, participants in the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) Foundation Seminar will be performing community service throughout the village.

ONU recognized as Private University of the Year by Washington Center

The Washington Center (TWC) for Internships and Academic Programs, an organization that provides college students with the opportunity to work and learn in the nation’s capital, has named Ohio Northern University as its Private University of the Year.
