Freshman Kylie Asmus was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Softball Rookie of the Year announced Friday afternoon.
The Polar Bears saw four members garner All-Conference honors.
Asmus and sophomore Kirsten Lightel earned Second Team All-OAC honors, while senior Amanda Lahti and sophomore Jenna Hollar were named Honorable Mention.
Asmus led ONU this season in hits (59) and doubles (13). The freshman recorded a career-high four hits in an 8-3 victory over Heidelberg.
She has recorded three or more hits in six games this season, three of which were during conference play.
Lightel earns her second All-Conference honor after being named the Pitcher and Rookie of the Year a season ago.
The sophomore led ONU in the circle this season with a team-high 15 wins and 135.1 innings of work.
She is currently ranked second in wins in the OAC, second in strike outs with 113, and third in ERA with a 1.76.
Lahti earns her second All-Conference honor after being named Second Team All-OAC her sophomore season.
The senior leads the team in RBIs with 42, ranking her third in the conference.
Hollar currently leads the team in stolen bases with 28, garnering her second All-Conference honor.
The sophomore is currently ranked second all-time in ONU career history in stolen bases with 55 and is five stolen bases away from the single season record of 33.
Northern concluded the regular season 23-17 overall, 11-7 OAC, earning them the no. 2 seed in the OAC Tournament.
