Lovett Distinguished Lecture Series to focus on Identify Your Strengths"
Ohio Northern University’s Dicke College of Business Administration will present “Transformational Leadership: How to Identify Your Strengths,” a lecture by Sheri Stoltenberg, as part of the Carroll V. Lovett Distinguished Lecture Series in the Dicke Forum on Wednesday, March 23, at 7 p.m.
Stoltenberg is the founder and CEO of Stoltenberg Consulting Inc., a health care IT consulting firm that has helped more than 250 health care organizations across the country implement, manage and better utilize information and business systems.
Stoltenberg has more than 30 years of professional experience in the health care information technology field. Before establishing Stoltenberg Consulting, she served as director of ancillary systems for one of Pittsburgh’s largest hospitals. In this position, she was the first woman on the hospital’s management team.
Since 1995, Stoltenberg Consulting has been a trusted advisor for health care providers ranging from small critical-access hospitals to integrated delivery networks and teaching university hospitals. With Stoltenberg’s leadership and vision, the firm has earned a number of national and industry awards.
Stoltenberg strives to be well-versed in issues facing today’s health care CIOs, and she acts as a mentor and innovator through endeavors like the Women of CHIME networking program for female HIT leaders and the Stoltenberg Consultant Development Program for recent college graduates.
Stoltenberg earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology (while minoring in business administration) from Ohio Northern University in 1981. She also graduated from University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business’ Entrepreneurial Excellence program.
The Carroll V. Lovett Distinguished Lecture Series was established by a bequest of Florence V. Lovett in honor of her son, Carroll Lovett, a 1961 ONU graduate and retired manager from the Xerox Corporation.
This event is free and open to the public.
