Ada cash mobs are back and here's details on the next one
The Buy Ada First Committee announced the location of the next cash mob held in early May.
The cash mob is taking place at Simply Torn, 220 N. Main Street, Ada, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, May 8.
“Jamie Burger welcomed our invitation to host this event,” said Heather Cox, member of the committee. Cox said that to make the cash mob even more inviting to customers, Simply Torn will offer buy one get one free on scarves, 20% off – 1 regular priced item, plus a drawing for an item to giveaway, during the 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. timeframe! Drawing more attention to the mob, the Buy Ada First Committee will be handing out information on the benefits of buying local.
Simply Torn
Simply Torn was opened in 2013 as an online exclusive boutique. Burger became so busy that she opened her first store front in Ada in November 2014.
The name Simply Torn comes from the fact that when you stop into the store, you aren’t limited to just shopping for clothing. Simply Torn has accessories, gifts, home items as well as some small redone furniture pieces for sale. You are “torn” on what you want to buy.
