Men's and Women's Soccer raise close to $900 in during Kicks for a Cause
With the conclusion of October and breast cancer awareness month, the soccer programs at Ohio Northern can mark the latest "Kicks for a Cause" event as a success.
The fourth Annual Kicks event which took place on Oct. 12, during the men's and women's matches against Baldwin Wallace, was able to raise close to $900.
All of the proceeds have been donated to support the continued efforts of the American Cancer Society.
Overall, in four years the event which has continued to grow has been able to donate close to $3,000 to various organizations such as the American Cancer Society and the Susan G. Komen foundation to support awareness, research, and the fight against all forms of cancer.
Both programs would like to thank family, friends and alumni to help supporting a great cause and ONU soccer.
