Alliance Golf Outing
Sign up now for the 2013 Alliance Golf Outing. This event will take place on August 9. Teams will be posted and registration will start at 7:45 a.m.. There will be a SHOTGUN START at 8:30 a.m. The day will conclude with a meal and contest prize award presentation.

Ada Fall Soccer Sign up will be the following dates at the Ada Park Shelter house:

Cost for Soccer - U6 $25 (includes a shirt), U8 $30, U10 is $35, U12 is $40, U15 is $45
$5.00 discount for each additional child. Jerseys are $20.00 for older teams (U8 - U15)
Remember to bring a copy of birth certificates if kids are "first timers" or if they have not played in the last year for Ada Soccer. Four years old as of August 1, 2013.

This ride starts and ends at Amvets 1994, 417 W. Espy St., Kenton. Breakfast at 8 a.m. on June 29 (Sponsored by Ladies Aux. of Amvets Post 1994).

Kroger Crusaders Relay for Life Team Car Wash
Kroger Crusaders Relay for Life Team is having a car wash on June 29 from 1 - 5 p.m. at Advanced Auto in Kenton. Suggested donation for a car is $5 and for a SUV or truck is $10. Freedom Celebration
The Hardin County Agriculture Society has planned many activities for people of all ages on July 4. Parade line-up is at 3p.m., no need to pre register.
The parade will leave the City of Kenton Parking Lot behind Liberty National Bank at 4p.m.. Also taking place as part of the festivities, a Bumper to Bumper Truck Tug beginning at NOON, the Golf Cart Pull will start immediately following the Truck Tug at around 5p.m.. Survivor Lap at Relay for Life
Whether you were just diagnosed, have been a survivor for numerous years, or are still battling the disease, you are invited to join our Survivor Reception and Lap at the Relay for Life of Hardin County. You will receive a free t-shirt prior to the start of the Relay event. The survivors then "kick-off" our 18 hour event by taking the first lap during the Opening Ceremony at 6 p.m. on July 19.

Local Small Business Closed-Door Marketing Workshop
Marketing workshop for small business owners (one-woman or one-man operations especially) will be held at the Dicke Forum in Ada, Ohio ONU on July 16 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m..
The cost is regularly $79 (which includes lunch and signed copy of Matt Brown’s book, The Insurance Xperience), but for any Hardin County small business owners or entrepreneurs, Matt is offering a reduced rate of $29 (also includes lunch and signed book as a bonus). Maximum of 30 participants.

Beautification Awards
The Keep Hardin County Beautiful Commission will be sponsoring the monthly Beautification Award Program. Categories are Farm/Business, Residential and Non-Profit. Deadline for the August awards is July 16. Forms are available @ the MLJ Library, Ridgemont Library, Hardin Northern Library, Forest-Jackson Library, Ada Library or by calling 419-674-2216. Winners will be honored at the Annual Keep Hardin County Beautiful Banquet in the fall.
Camp Carefree
A free grief camp to help children and young teens ages 6-15 cope with the loss of a family member or friend. Camp Carefree will be held July 17 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. for children ages 6-11 and on July 18 from 12 p.m.-4 p.m. for young teen’s ages 12-15.

Conflict Resolution Workshop
Pre-Registration is required. In this four hour workshop we'll examine the issue of conflict and confrontation, making distinctions between necessary (productive) conflict and disruptive, negative conflict. West Central Ohio Manufacturing Consortium & Husky Energy are sponsors of this event.
