ReStore Community Center offers free tax clinics with Ohio Benefit Bank Mobile Express
ReStore Community Center will have the first of many free tax clinics coming up Saturday, Feb. 9, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
The Restore Community Center aims to help you keep more of your money with you and more of Ohio tax money in the community, says Amanda Quintrell of ReStore. The hope is that clients will be able to recieve greater refunds with the clinics help, she added.
The clinics are done in conjunction with Ohio Benefit Bank which is an internet software program available through the Ohio Association of Foodbanks.
An Ohio Benefit Bank Mobile Express van will be parked outside of Restore on Saturday and will be able to provide free, private tax assistance for households earning less than $60,000 per year.
The Ohio Benefit Bank Mobile Express van will be parked outside of ReStore for all of the tax clinics.
Additional clinics are scheduled for the folloiwing dates:
- Friday, Feb. 15, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Monday, Feb. 25, 3 p.m. - 9 p.m.
- Friday, March 15, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Monday, March 18, 3 p.m. - 9 p.m.
