There is a popular vote going on right now as part of the Miss American pageant and it allows supporters of ONU's Elissa McCracken to help her become Miss America. The winner of the popular vote becomes the People's Choice candidate and is automatically in the top 15 of the Miss America pageant.
Elissa is working to stop cyberbullying as part of her platform in the competition. All contestants had to prepare a video in preparation for the national online voting effort. Elissa's video is aimed at stopping cyberbullying.

Drive Time Driving Instruction, 4171 State Route 235, Ada, announced it's next series of classes. The series starts on Sunday, Jan. 13., according to Sara Kisseberth of Drive Time. She added that the classes include:
24 hours of required classroom instruction
Six sessions scheduled over a two-week period with your input
