• Next to the Shay Locomotive, Ann Miller will read “The Polar Express” to children on Friday evening at 6 and 7 p.m. and Sunday, 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 p.m.
The Christmas Tree Festival was founded in 1972 by the late Helen Mack for the purpose of providing a traditional holiday event for all members of the community. The event is co-sponsored by the Church Women United, YWCA, and the Allen County Historical Society.
