Village update on utility online bill payment

On August 20, 2024 the Village of Ada online bill payment company in preparation for a new upgrade accidentally made the new platform active and at the same time shut down the old platform.

During this time customers who set up an account to access online bill pay prior to August 20, 2024 were not able to access their accounts and were receiving login errors.

As of September 17, 2024 those issues have been resolved and you will be able to login to your account without any issues. If you created an online account from August 20, 2024 to September 17, 2024 that account will not be accessible and you will need to set up an online account again.
