Locations for Ohio NEVI electric vehicle charging stations announced

I-75 at SR 696 Pilot Travel Center awarded $676,809 in NEVI funds

COLUMBUS--On July 13, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced the future locations of 27 new electric vehicle (EV) charging stations that will be installed along Ohio interstates, making Ohio the first state in the nation to announce charging station sites that will be developed as part of the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Program.

“This is an exciting time for Ohio as we continue to lead the charge in electric mobility,” said Governor DeWine. “As more Ohioans purchase EVs, this statewide network of chargers will ensure that our transportation infrastructure is prepared to accommodate these drivers, as well as visitors who travel to Ohio to see all that our great state has to offer.”

During a news conference with Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Director Jack Marchbanks, DriveOhio Executive Director Preeti Choudhary, and Federal Highway Administration Deputy Administrator Andrew Rogers, Governor DeWine announced that the state will award more than $18 million in NEVI funds for 27 electric vehicle fast charging stations along seven of Ohio’s interstate corridors, including I-70, I-71, I-74, I-75, I-76, I-77, and I-90.

The Wizard

By Robert McCool

If this was a novel it would be titled “The Wizard.”

But this isn’t a work of fiction. It’s about a real man that I have known all my life, and I’d like you to know him too, as I wanted to be him or like him my whole life, but could not measure up to his natural abilities.

Money, Money, Money: How to find patient Rx assistance programs

The Swedish pop group ABBA was formed in 1972 in Stockholm and the name was a palindrome of the founding band members’ first names. The group won a music contest in 1974 with their song Waterloo.

On November 1, 1976, the group released the song Money, Money, Money. The song reached number 1 in many European countries, but only hit 56 in the United States. ABBA is still one the best-selling music acts of all time with hits between 1974 to 1982 and most recently in 2022.

ABBA’s music became popular again with the release of Mamma Mia! the Broadway musical and the movie. Money, Money, Money was part of the score for the theater. Anni-Frid Lyngstad sang the vocals for ABBA on the album while Meryl Streep sang it in the 2008 film Mamma Mia!

Money can often be an important issue when evaluating drug therapies. Prescription pricing can vary from a few dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars. How does one find if a patient assistance program is available?
