It's the Wizard of Oz: lion, Dorothy, tin man and the good witch. These unusual Halloweeners are in reality some of the Polar Paws service-dogs-in-training. They decided to get in the spirit of the season. Below is RossCo as the cowardly lion plus Cosmo and Layla as bumble bees.
