The Village of Ada boil advisory, affecting 122 properties in the northeast section of the town, may be lifted Wednesday or Thursday.
A main water line broke at the intersection of State Route 81 and North Johnson Street causing the boil advisory to about one tenth of the properties in town.
The line has been repaired by village employees and on Tuesday a sample of the water was taken to Lima for testing. The village will receive a report on Wednesday or Thursday about if the water now meets EPA standards.
