Ada loses an animal friend

FROM ADA POLICE DEPT. FACEBOOK - It is with great sadness that I report the death of K9 Jaeger. Early this morning while with his handler, Sgt. Matt Purdy, at his home, K9 Jaeger ran into the path of a motor vehicle and was killed. K9 Jaeger served with our department since October of 2015 and was responsible for numerous drug and criminal apprehensions. On behalf of a grateful community and police department, thank you for your service K9 Jaeger. Our hearts are heavy this morning.
